I have one problematical account, where i I too find this empty inbox issue, using a brand new iPhone and traveler 8.5.3.1 but only see this for one user, if i set the phone up as another user, the iPhone profile works without any problem.. i have fixed, updall'ed and compacted the application, i have told traveler to reset the handset/user plus replacing the design of the un-modified mail 8.5.2 application. i must also inform, that we have been having some issues with this account and have just replaced the mail application with a "new clean version"... mail is working to notes clients and also iNotes works fine too.
